All of their services are supported by their own expansive fibre-optic infrastructure across Toronto, Montreal, and most recently Vancouver, reaching thousands of commercial and residential locations through a fully-owned network.Following major growth across the organization in 2024, their sales leaders are in need of a Sales Operations Analyst to take charge of tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all the data associated with their teams' performance and their customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to shape this function for a company that is entering a period of high growth!Their SuccessEstablished in 1988, with 450 employees across Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Vancouver.Creators, owners, and operators of the largest independent fibre network in Toronto and Montreal, with recent expansion into the Vancouver market.In 2022, they made a strategic acquisition to significantly enhance their offerings and expand their footprint in Canada, bolstering their client base and ability to deliver high-performance solutions.About You2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Analyst position in a B2B organization within the Telecommunications or Technology industry.Intermediate/advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functionality (Excel or Google Sheets) and usage for data tracking, analysis, visualization, and reporting (pivot tables, look-ups).Highly collaborative and self-motivated:
You will have ownership over this function and will interface with leaders across the go-to-market organization, from Managers to VPs, and must be comfortable sharing ideas and problem-solving together.Adaptable and creative:
As part of a small team in a fast-growing company, you will need demonstrated success in a similar role where demands and business needs were changing regularly.Knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools/systems is a strong asset.A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.What They OfferWork environment:
