This position is accountable for the service delivery performance for the assigned region across all product portfolios as well as driving service delivery productivity.In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:

Working to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for service delivery improvement purposes, including standardization of processes, tools, and performance management systems.
Working closely with project managers and process leaders to ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of people and processes, and effective management of budget and resources.
Gathering process and system data for integration into a centralized service management system.
Handling communication with colleagues and the business about design and coordination of services rendered.
Contributing to projects as a team member or leading small projects with goals typically taking 3-6 months to complete.
Driving Service Delivery Tools implementation as a Subject Matter Expert.
Providing support on Operations Standards management.
Performing incident investigation, including Root Cause Analysis and distribution of lessons learned.
Analyzing Service Delivery Performance and working with regions to establish and execute sustainability actions.
Performing Cost of Quality assessments and recovery plans.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Support in Cementing.
Have experience in cementing using multi-stage tools.
Have experience with cement loss circulation systems.
Display initiative, be self-driven & flexible.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have the ability to develop and mentor others.
Have good communication skills.
