As a Lead Project Management Specialist - Installation, you will be responsible for:

Planning and monitoring installation projects to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost, and agreed quality standards.
Managing project site activities to ensure schedule and quality requirements.
Developing, nurturing, and maintaining a strong relationship with client personnel, including weekly calls, site meetings, and sharing weekly reports.
Managing yearly and quarterly sales/revenues plans for site supervision services, CM review, time sheets, T&L expenses collection, on-time billing, change orders, and invoice collection.
Planning on Primavera P6 for Field Service Engineers in alignment with customer requests, managing their mobilization and technical briefing.
Managing service requests for non-conformity effectively and in a timely manner.
Keeping Installation RealTrack up to date on a weekly basis.
Managing general contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
Being responsible for the project's commitment to quality and HSE standards.
Developing a yearly plan for the department and being involved in discussions with other functions about improvements in processes and procedures.
Contributing to the plan of a larger unit and communicating across the organization.
Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical spaces and cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Project Management.
Have preferred experience in installation for rotating equipment.
Have fluency in Arabic and English.
Have work authorization in Saudi Arabia.
