Main Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning & ExecutionManage the implementation plans for the physical network of the new retail division including detailing and implementing the following (working with other stakeholders as appropriate):
Organizational structure & critical / subsequent hiringAcquisition & fit-out of premisesCreation of sales fulfillment and service delivery standardsContribute together with other key stakeholders to the development of the following as they relate to the physical network:
Administrative proceduresOperations policies & proceduresProperties and facilities managementOperational, Credit and other Risk policies and processesWorking with HR and other Retail Management to develop and implement:

Bachelor's degree or aboveOver 5 years related experience working as sales manager for large financial institutionDeep industry knowledge and broad understanding of the region, preferably including specific experience of the KSA marketExperience of multi-channel retail model expertise including e-banking and self serviceCandidate must be client service oriented, enthusiastic and positiveDemonstrated ability for excellent problem solving in an ever-changing work environment; Adaptable to changesDemonstrated ability to work with and manage staff members including coaching, performance development and resource allocationProven ability to lead and innovate as well as manage resources in an efficient mannerExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to interact with the publicAbility to Influence, empathic skills, people oriented personality and strong work ethicFluent in English & Arabic (both verbal and written)About The Company:
