Qué Harás en Este Rol? Gestión Integral del Hotel:
Supervisarás todas las áreas operativas del hotel, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y rentabilidad.
Liderar y Motivar Equipos:
Serás responsable de dirigir al personal del hotel, promoviendo un ambiente positivo y colaborativo.
Estrategia Comercial:
Trabajarás para maximizar ingresos y ocupación, colaborando con el departamento de ventas y marketing.
Atención al Cliente:
Serás el principal representante del hotel frente a los huéspedes, asegurando experiencias memorables.
Gestión Financiera:
Supervisarás presupuestos, controlarás costos y analizarás resultados para tomar decisiones estratégicas.
Cumplimiento Normativo:
Garantizarás que el hotel opere de acuerdo con las normativas legales, de seguridad y de calidad.
