Our vision is ambitious, for that we need driven talent! And this is where your ride starts…YOUR MISSIONAs a Senior Product Manager for Fintech Growth, you will lead the team behind Glovo Wallet, Digitisation and Glovo Card products.
Leveraging world-class scalable technologies and partnerships, you will be building customer-facing products driving customer retention, engagement and trust, while being closely aligned with your business counterparts and our Fintech Performance product team.
Leveraging your expertise in product management, data analysis and customer behaviour, as well as an extraordinary experimentation and optimisation mindset, you will play a key role in driving long-term value for our customers and Glovo.This role requires a highly empathetic and collaborative product manager with a proven track record of collaboration with engineering, data and business teams, and ideally with a strong background in customer-facing fintech apps at a global scale.THE JOURNEYDrive the product vision & roadmap, monitor and measure the success of the features your team builds while working with a cross-functional team of Engineering, Data, UX and Business to bring the best from everyone to the final product Set goals aligned with cluster and company OKRsOwn planning and end-to-end execution of initiatives for Fintech GrowthBuild investment cases for your product in collaboration with product leadershipHave a lot of opportunities to grow, given the pace of GlovoEnsure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholdersExperiment, innovate, iterate and learnShip quality product increments fast and oftenWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEPassion to use technology to solve complicated problems that will improve people's lives and drive large-scale business impact5+ years delivering highly successful and innovative consumer-facing productsRelevant fintech domain experience, e.g.
payments, card issuing and walletsProven track record of working for an app-first or app-centric organization in the pastProven track record of making an impact through experimentationComputer science / data university degree or working experienceTechnical background or solid know-how-you have a good understanding of how software is made and how it worksSuperb communication- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
