• Deliver safe and effective patient care in the Operating Room- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operations during procedures- Prepare and maintain operating room environments in adherence to sterile protocols- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans tailored to patients' needs- Identify patient needs and escalate concerns when necessary- Maintain up-to-date electronic patient records and documentation- Participate in mandatory on-call schedule as required- Actively engage in continuous professional development and educational opportunities
