Key Responsibilities
Facilitate technology adoption for current and new customers
Act as an evangelist for products and services internally and externally
Support the upskilling of customer-facing teams and provide sales support in key growth areas
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a telecoms/managed services environment
Understanding of managed networking, security, and compute markets
Experience interacting with C-suite contacts in global enterprises
Experience delivering technical training to sales organizations
Professional/technical certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, or CISM preferred
