Door to Door Sales Manager at Green Energy Windows
Green Energy is seeking a charismatic and results-driven Door to Door Sales Manager to lead our dedicated sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive engagement and increase revenue through direct sales efforts in various neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing sales team.
Create effective door-to-door sales plans and initiatives to achieve company sales targets.
Monitor team performance, providing coaching and guidance to enhance productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Requirements
Proven experience in door-to-door sales management or a similar role.
