AMP SMART SOLAR is looking for enthusiastic Appointment Setters to help us connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for our talented sales team. If you're upbeat, organized, and have a passion for helping people, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Do:
Reach out to potential customers through field visits and emails, sharing the exciting benefits of our services.
Schedule and confirm appointments that work best for our clients and sales team.
Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while effectively addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Document customer interactions and follow up leads to keep the conversation going.
Work closely with a wonderful team to reach our goals and create meaningful connections.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to shine while making a real difference in our customers' lives!
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Great communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
A passion for helping people and a knack for providing excellent customer service.
Experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus, but not required!
Basic computer skills for managing records and interactions.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
