What You'll Do:
Engage with homeowners to understand their improvement projects and aspirations.
Provide friendly, informative consultations to recommend the best products and services for their needs.
Foster strong relationships and build trust with clients throughout the sales process.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations that showcase our offerings in a clear and approachable manner.
Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction from start to finish.
If you're passionate about home improvement and enjoy helping people, we'd love to have you on board!
Requirements
We're Looking for Individuals Who:
Have a friendly personality and enjoy connecting with clients.
Possess strong communication skills to explain options effectively.
Are motivated by helping others and delivering exceptional service.
Have previous experience in sales or home improvement, but we also welcome eager learners!
Hold a valid driver's license, as some travel will be required.

Benefits
Pay: $72,819 - $250,000+ per year (Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses).
