RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Generate and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain specialized reports, including KPIs, pricing controls, and rebates.
Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and inform pricing strategies
System & Data Management
Maintenance of statistical master data fields within the ERP system
Maintenance and support of data warehousing and business intelligence analytical application/dashboard (QlikView)
Strategic Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast sales, identify market trends, and make recommendations for sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance sales and service performance.
Support the Sales and Customer Service Team in creating and implementing sales strategies to improve customer service and drive revenue growth.
Learn and understand the company's business model, processes, products, and customer base to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
Other Duties as Required
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years relative experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the manufacturing/building materials industry.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Expertise in Excel, including proficiency in creating charts, dashboards, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
Expertise in working with BI tools, analytical dashboards; QlikView, SQL experience a plus
Strong business acumen and sales orientation with the ability to understand and interpret data
Continuous learning and willingness to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work with others and independently complete complex analyses, manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining deadlines.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Office/Remote (3 in office/2 remote) -
after successful completion of job training
Physical Requirements:
Regularly use (and repetitive movement) of hands, wrists, and fingers to handle, control or feel objects - laptop, phone/keyboard/mouse, etc.
Regularly required to speak, hear and view multiple screens.
