About the Role:

Project Manager - ERP

As part of its business transformation journey,


is implementing SAP S4HANA across all its operations. There are multiple large-sized to medium-sized SAP projects in the pipeline. Project Manager - ERP is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and successful delivery of assigned SAP implementation projects. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and meets the specified objectives. The ideal candidate will possess sound understanding of SAP ERP, good communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing global SAP implementations. Key responsibilities

Develop and document detailed project plan including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and garner their involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project schedules. Resolve or escalate issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring efficient utilization of the resources. Allocate resources appropriately to meet project requirements.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to either mitigate or minimize their impact on project success.
Develop change management plans to facilitate smooth transition during SAP implementations. Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and manage their expectations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports and change requests. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify lessons learned from each project and implement improvements to project management methodologies and processes.
Track project benefits, compare them against the initial objectives and deliverables and report them to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors in information technology, computer science or a related field
Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent). Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
Proven experience as a project manager for 5-8 years, preferably in food industry.
Good understanding of SAP ERP, and functionalities of core SAP modules.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and build relationship with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions to complex business challenges.
Ability to work with global cross-functional teams.
Ability and desire to travel up to 40% of the time with flexible working schedule (early start or delayed end) based on the global project requirements.
Bilingual ability in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese will be a significant plus.
