Accounts Specialist , you will support the Customer Experience and Sales teams. In this role you will get to engage with Sales and customers on RFQ processing, Order Processing and Relationship Management. You will have the opportunity to support all products that Trystar offers and grow your knowledge as our product offerings expand. In this role you will get to:
Support our Sales team and customers on quote creation, order processing and relationship management
Perform recurring customer check-ins to understand performance, future forecasts, etc
Establish and grow customer relationships through direct interaction and support of the Sales team
Perform customer outreach and lead generation for key markets and customers
Maintain up to date customer information and interactions in ERP and CRM
Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
5 years of experience within academic, military, or corporate business environment
Strong written and spoken vocabulary and ability to communicate with customers
Experience in Sales or Customer Experience type role
Ability to use digital tools to capture and respond to customer requests
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Additional Qualifications
Experience in the Power Conversion, Power Distribution, Power Monitoring or Power Transformation markets
Highly motivated, passionate, with exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High comfort level establishing and growing relationships with customers and internal partners
Continuous improvement mindset
