Trystar's team members are our most important asset, and we are in search of an Associate Business Analyst to join our IT team.
As an Associate Business Analyst, you will serve as the cornerstone of Trystar's business systems support, bridging the gap between technical solutions and operational excellence.
In this role, you will triage and resolve user issues, execute minor system configuration changes, and deliver exceptional support to stakeholders.
By fostering collaboration, documenting requirements, and providing training, you will empower our teams to fully leverage the capabilities of Trystar's enterprise platforms, including Kinetic (Epicor) ERP.
Your contributions will drive system improvements, enhance user adoption, and ensure alignment with Trystar's guiding principles and values.

• Act as the initial point of contact for all business systems support tickets, resolving or collaborating on requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Implement small system enhancements and configuration changes to improve functionality of systems and align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Provide hands-on support and training for end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize Trystar's systems, solutions, and tools.
• Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes, customizations, and resolutions.
• Track, manage, and communicate system updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Support system enhancements, including data validation, to ensure accurate and efficient system operation.

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field - or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business systems support, ERP administration (Kinetic (Epicor) preferred), or a similar role.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms, specifically Kinetic (Epicor), and a solid understanding of their role in business operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement minor system enhancements.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
• Passion for learning and optimizing technologies and user experiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful in both team environments and building business relationships.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20%.
