• About the role

• Your responsibilities
• Take ownership of shift production execution, leading a team of 30-50 employees, including Cell Shift Managers & Production Operatives, to excel in factory KPIs.
• Uphold and enforce site EHS & Quality Compliance standards, while fostering a culture of safe and best practises on shift.
• Empower your team by developing their capabilities, ensuring high performance throughout scheduled run hours with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Manage adherence to Factory budgets within the £1m
• £3m range, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance business delivery cost-effectively.- Forge robust connexions between shifts and cross-functional teams to establish effective production execution and maintain performance standards.
• The experience we're looking for
• Proven leadership skills with the ability not only to inspire a team but also to deliver tangible results.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
• Excellent decision-making skills, with an organised approach to managing complex inputs.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP, coupled with strong innovative and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in business process improvement, with proficiency in data analytics and supply chain management.
