Our team optimises the use of physical spaces, ensuring that we align with organisational goals. This can include defining and evolving our workplace strategy, managing office layouts, seating arrangements, meeting rooms and the associated services required to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our facilities - including the physical assets such as furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.

• Your responsibilities

• Develop a property strategy that marries seamlessly with our organisational goals.
• Oversee the daily operation of our sites, ensuring all facilities services are delivered to a high standard.
• Manage maintenance, security, and upgrades to our physical space with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Build relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts that benefit our organisation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, maintaining Reckitt's high standards.
• Lead initiatives to make our workspaces more efficient and cost-effective.
• The experience we're looking for
• Significant experience in facilities management across various locations, especially in international or multinational settings.
• A clear understanding of building codes, health and safety regulations, and facilities management best practices.
• Leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse and dynamic teams.
• A thoughtful communicator, able to engage with colleagues from all levels within a multicultural landscape.
• Strategic planning abilities with a view to aligning facilities operations with organisational objectives.
