• Job Purpose
• Provide Project Management of all activities within the MINOR Group and ensures the provision of technology solutions (hardware, software, users' skills, and process improvements) that meet the needs and requirements of the MINOR Group.

Help drive and support the strategy, planning, development and delivery of all IT related initiatives to the MINOR Group of companies in order to support the growth plans of the business.

Responsible for supporting IT initiatives related to the MINOR Group business, including strategy development, Center of Excellence (CoE) for MINOR practices, IT policies, and implementation of such initiatives.

Project Manager BP will report directly to the Director IT Food Group Business within MINOR Group and may receive direction from the Chief Information Officer (CIO) with consultation of the various business units within MINOR.

• Main Responsibilities
• Program/ Project Management
• :
• Identify, prioritize, and monitor all IT projects for Food Group.
• Ensure appropriate formulation and definition of project scope and objectives based on both customer needs and the needs and requirements of Food Group.
• Prioritize requests for new IT solutions and services in light of existing standards, demands, staffing levels and policies.
• Implement IT guidelines and procedures for project planning and management.
• Personally manage larger or more complex projects, as appropriate or requested by the Director IT or Chief Information Officer.
• Deliver projects and requests within budget and time constraints.
• Regularly inform and update Director IT, Chief Information Officer, and other appropriate managers regarding plans, issues, budgets, schedules, and the like pertaining to Information Technology.
• Attend appropriate meetings along with members of the team and prepare accurate notes of outcomes and follow up activity as required.
• Interact with business users as required.
• Remain abreast of new information technology developments in MINOR related business and revise operations to ensure that future end-customer and business needs are anticipated. Either personally, or through subordinate staff, assure the development and maintenance of the highest possible levels of expertise in information technology solutions that are used in MINOR's industries.
• Assist in Develop and present proposals for new and revised information technology solutions that will improve the operating efficiencies of, or the availability of timely information to, the MINOR Group related to IT
• Recommend changes and additions to information technology solutions and prepare and makes presentations of recommendations for user department review and approval.
• Determine priorities, schedules, plans, and necessary resources to ensure completion of any relevant projects on schedule and according to specification.
• Confirm workload priority with key business users to gain their support and approval.
• Communicate estimated resources required for requested projects.
• Recommend retaining the services of consultants and other outsiders when appropriate to achieve cost efficiencies or provide services outside the capabilities of the MINOR IT team, specifically, or MINOR IT from a broader perspective.
• Direct the relationship with vendors providing information systems products and services to the MINOR Group.
• Identify processes and activities for users to fully utilize IT systems deployed within the MINOR Group and assist the business in improving / enhancing existing business processes to realize the full potential of IT solutions implemented within the MINOR Group business.

• Conduct meetings, verbally guiding and informing others.
• Use active, empathetic listening as a tool to understand and support each interaction, internal and external to the company.
• Effectively prepare and deliver internal presentations employing appropriate content, and customer and business focus.
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service to the MINOR Group.
• Perform other special projects as requested by the Director IT Food Group and Chief Information Officer or other MINOR senior management.
