Senior Bilingual Corporate Transactional Lawyer KSAOur client, a well-known international firm, is seeking a senior Corporate Transactional lawyer to join its team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will bring a robust corporate law background from a top-tier law firm, with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.Key Responsibilities:
Advising on complex mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments.Drafting and negotiating transaction documents.Conducting due diligence.Providing comprehensive legal opinions.The candidate should be a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally within the Middle East.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must, along with a high degree of academic achievement, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of business development.
The ability to work independently, coupled with a can-do attitude and a commitment to professional growth in the Middle East, is highly valued.
