This includes conducting qualitative risk assessments, root cause analysis, and providing corrective actions.
You will support the QMS system by creating, editing, and reviewing documents to align with Baker Hughes global standards.As a Quality Records Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Conducting qualitative risk assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, aligned to continuous improvement.Using quality tools to monitor and improve processes, supporting the QMS system according to Baker Hughes standards.Engaging with internal auditing teams and participating in audits.Participating in improvement initiatives.Participating in tender & contract reviews and the development of quality plans to support contracts.Conducting business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Company Core Values.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will need to:
Have an Industrial/Technical Diploma or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience in quality (oil and gas environment).Have experience in Flow Assurance and Production Optimization product testing in oil and gas equipment.Preferably have experience in documentation.Have good analytical skills with strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.Have a team player attitude.Have a good understanding of quality systems and industry standards.Have good quality control, calibration, and business process modeling skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
