Your Day to Day
As Human Resources Executive, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!
Duties and Responsibilities

Workplace Culture:

Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Organize company events and activities to enhance employee morale and engagement.
Promote diversity and equity initiatives within the organization.
Implement & monitor recognition programs.
Facilitate team-building activities.

HR Operations:

Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with labor laws.
Manage "Bayan" system and employee data.
Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Process employee changes (e.g., hires, terminations, promotions).
Manage vacation schedules, booking travel arrangements, and liaising with relevant government authorities.

Recruitment:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Develop job descriptions.
Post job openings and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare & send job offers.
Post recruitment communications & arrangements.

Payroll:

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Ensure compliance with all payroll policies and regulatory requirements.
Collect timekeeping data and verify attendance.
Calculate overtime & maintain records.
Manage workflow requests & ensure correct processing.
Handle casual companies' monthly bills & employees' salaries.

Workforce Optimization Tool (WOT):

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the WOT system, ensuring its accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
Analyze WOT data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training to employees on the effective use of the WOT system and its functionalities.
Monitor the employees tab to ensure accurate data entry and update movements.

General (Additional Responsibilities):

Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover.
Adhere to pre, during and post-employment checklists.
Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines.
Coach, counsel and discipline staff with constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Support in completing the monthly department metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills; ability to interact positively with customers, employees, and third parties.
Knowledge of local labor and employment regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good writing skills.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.

Experience:

2-4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
