Warner Bros Discovery is looking for a Payments/Finance Compliance Manager within the Financial Solutions Team.
As the Manager of Payment Compliance, you will play a critical Global role in evolving and supporting operations specific to Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and Payment Partner Platform User Access Controls.
The scope of the role includes Sarbanes-Oxley user access controls, SOC audit support, PCI Compliance Questionnaires support, and all compliance-related obligations for WBD's payment processing partnerships.
The candidate will manage and evolve the processes and functions ensuring our workflows are clearly defined and meet the needs of our customers.
You will work closely and collaborate with other members of the Audit, IT Compliance, Information Security, Product, Engineering, Legal and Global and Treasury teams.
Your Role Accountabilities…The Payments Compliance Manager will perform Sarbanes-Oxley user access controls, SOC 1 and 2 controls and maintain control documentation (process and performance) as they relate to our payment processing partners.
The Payments Compliance Manager will ensure that all processes mitigate any deficiencies identified by WBD's audit partners, internal and external, all while working as effectively as possible to identify and work with Financial Solutions leaders to proactively identify and solve for potential deficiencies in current process.
User Provisioning/Deprovisioning for all Global Processing PartnersUser Access Review (UAR) Reporting and actioningControl Testing SupportKYC reviews for new lines of business and adhoc review requestsPayment Provider SOC Type 1 & 2 Assessment reviews and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience…Minimum of 5 years in Compliance, SOC controls and KYCMinimum of 2 years of Payment ProcessingBachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or other similar discipline or comparable business experienceStrong knowledge of the KYC review processGeneral knowledge of SOC Type 1 & 2 ReportsGeneral knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and application user access management controlsStrong understanding of Card Payments, billing, tax, and reporting systemsGood analytical skills displaying the ability to tell a story with dataExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across various departments and stakeholdersWhat's in it for you?Hybrid work model, flexible working hoursBenefit package:
