As part of the Haleon Business Services Strategy we are deploying Continuous Excellence methodologies across all centres.Job OverviewThe Continuous Excellence Lead is responsible to lead and coordinate the design, deployment, application and coaching of all Continuous Excellence practices within the area of scope in the Centre.
This role is pivotal in driving and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the capability centre, enhancing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and delivering sustainable value.Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation and application of Continuous Excellence methodologies and practices in the centre across all areas of scope including Operational Master planning, performance measurement development, Operational Reviews, Everyday Problem Solving and Standard management.Training, Coaching and assessment of application of Continuous Excellence by people within the centre:
Implement CE training, coaching and assessment strategy and frameworks in accordance with global standards.Identify and deliver service improvement activities to support better value and efficiency through the elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes.Secure employee and leadership commitment for proactive continuous elimination of non-value in processes and ways of working.Together with the centre Leadership Team, develop and deliver service excellence across all areas of the centre scorecard.Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence, challenging the status quo and fostering a mindset of experimentation and learning.Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and training sessions to upskill teams in continuous improvement methodologies.Work with Centre leads in other regions to ensure sharing of learnings and communities of practice.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in operations, Business & Administration or STEM.Minimum 5-7 years significant lean/Continuous Improvement delivery in a GBS organization or large SSC or FMCG environment.Good knowledge of Goal Alignment practices such as Operational Master planning and performance measures development.Experience in implementing large scale lean initiatives within an industry setting.Demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation and deliver measurable results through deployment of Continuous Excellence principles.Problem Solving:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/ Green Belt knowledge of tools and successful application of these tools.Robust understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Lean, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping.Nature & Area of Impact:
Role is pivotal in driving strategic priorities and bringing Win as One to life in the centres.Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Interactions / Interpersonal Skills:
Strong ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.Required Licenses/Certifications:
