We are currently recruiting a Delivery & Installation Assistant which will be based in Auckland.
The Delivery & Installation team in Auckland look after our growing customer base Auckland-wide.
Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Delivering and basic installing of appliances
Receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck and unloading of goods
Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers
From time to time you may also be supporting the workshop and warehouse
Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
Work closely with logistics teams, schedulers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.

About you:

Similar experience in a driver delivery role but we'll provide training to the right person
A clean and valid Class 1 Drivers License would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Auckland
Provide premium customer service
Strong communication skills
Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
