Job Summary
Celo is seeking a results-driven Head of Product Growth to own our product-led growth initiatives and drive revenue. This role focuses on leveraging the Celo product to fuel lead generation, self-serve growth, and user activation.
You will also manage strategic local partnerships across ANZ and oversee local accounts while collaborating with the CEO to align growth initiatives with the broader company vision. You will jointly own the product roadmap with the CEO. This position is ideal for a hands-on, growth-oriented professional with a passion for delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
Drive product-led growth strategies, focusing on lead generation, user activation, and retention.
Manage and grow ANZ relationships, including key partnerships like Spark Health.
Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Engineering to ensure the product aligns with growth goals.
Help the company meet revenue targets through product-led growth, contributing to significant OTE potential.
Regularly analyze and report on growth metrics, optimizing strategies to maximize impact.
Experience & Skills
5+ years in growth-focused roles within SaaS or tech.
Proven success in product-led growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
Strong relationship management experience, especially in ANZ markets.
Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.
Data-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel as needed.
Flexible working hours to accommodate varying schedules and time zones.
Self-driven and self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Entrepreneurial by nature, with a strong drive for innovation and growth.
Skilled networker with leadership qualities, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
Nice to have:
Background in healthtech or familiarity with the healthcare industry.
Experience working with global SaaS products.
Proven growth-led experience for a recent SaaS product.
