Key Account Manager (B2B)

We are looking for someone who has a passion for technology and innovation, and will complement the team values by being ambitious, creative, culturally open, proactive and supportive.

As BDM, you are responsible for a product group. As the overall responsible person for this product group, you are also its business driver and this includes the following tasks, sales, marketing, project management, product management. Networking, negotiations, partnerships and cost-saving efforts are also involved. All these different disciplines and activities are driven by and aligned with the objectives for that product group.

Core Tasks:

• Developing a solid and trusting relationship among resellers (partners), BenQ Benelux and BenQ global organization;
• Building the complete understanding of the market and make strategic plans to improve business results for the product group;
• Managing communications among partner, and internal teams by building up end-to-end activity footprint in BenQ's CRM system;
• Developing key partners together with our sales team and making improvements, including:
• Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with Management and external budgets with the sales team and partners;
• Ensuring the highest quality of presales and sales support together with our sales team;
• Maximizing profit by supporting the sales for up-selling or cross-selling.
• Together with sales creating reports on partner progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives;
• Analyzing partner data together with sales and see where there can be improvements or more support to optimize partner relationship management;
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new partners together with sales;
• Leveraging organizational insight to resolve partner issues and complaints.

If you have…

• Excellent communication skills, not only verbal, but also in written for key messages, is mandatory; must be a listener, a demonstrator, and an accountable person examined by action and outcome;
• Computer skills and experience with CRM software is mandatory, Salesforce as an example for CRM, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for computer skills;
• Proven records of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals in both outcome and process;
• Drive license;
• Heavy user of Salesforce;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in (native) Dutch and English.

And you are…

• Able to manage end-to-end communication via BenQ CRM to give and also empower the full activity footprint in the BenQ Benelux Team;
• Able to achieve quarterly sales target;
• Able to make and maintain forecast planning;
• Able to expand BenQ Benelux with new sales opportunities and partners;
• Able introduce new products in the market and prepare a plan for this;
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
