Executive Assistant to Executive Team

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a leadership team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, calls, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Take meeting minutes and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in project planning and execution of select initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Act as the key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and support evolving business needs.

What We Are Looking For:
• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• A university /college degree.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to see the "big picture."
• A positive personality with a sense of humour.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
