Desde Claire Joster Selection, nos encontramos colaborando con una importante empresa líder en el sector de mobiliario de diseño, con elevada proyección y presencia internacional; en la búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a de Riesgo Comercial y Cuentas a Cobrar , para sus oficinas en Chiva, Valencia.
En tu día a día te encargarás de la gestión de los cobros e impagados de los clientes, mediante la información, los registros y el sistema de control de la empresa, con el objetivo de minimizar los riegos de morosidad.
Las funciones se dividirán en dos áreas:
GESTIÓN DE LA PÓLIZA DE SEGUROS DE RIESGO COMERCIAL Solicitud y seguimiento de coberturas.
Defender las coberturas que se necesitan para cubrir las operaciones ante la aseguradora.
Análisis de necesidades de capital a asegurar.
Gestión conjunta con el equipo comercial de los riesgos de clientes.
Control y seguimiento de cobros.
Reclamación y seguimiento de impagados con clientes y el equipo comercial.
Colaboración con la aseguradora de riesgos comerciales para la gestión de cobro de impagados e insolvencias, así como elaboración de la documentación e informes para la reclamación judicial de deudas a través de la compañía de seguros.
ADMINISTRATIVO/A - CONTABLE Emisión de facturas y facturas de abono.
Codificación contable y contabilización de asientos de anticipos y cobros de facturas.
Control de entrada/salida de pedidos en relación con las coberturas/cobros.
Comunicación y resolución de incidencias del cobro/facturación con el cliente y el equipo comercial.
Reporting semanal y mensual de la situación de cuentas a cobrar.
Archivo y gestión documental.
Para ser valorado/a en esta oferta, deberás de cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posición similar.
Conocimientos y experiencia demostrables en gestión de riesgo comercial y cuentas a cobrar.
Estudios mínimos:
FP2/ Diplomado CEE/ Licenciado ADE.
Usuario avanzado de aplicaciones contables y aplicaciones Microsoft Office.
Inglés avanzado.
Vehículo propio.
Se valorarán conocimientos de:
SAP FI.
Plan General Contable.
Excel avanzado.
