EGA Consultores selecciona un/a
REGIONAL QUALITY MANAGER, para la nueva giga factoría de baterías de litio que ENVISON AESC va a construir en Navalmoral de la Mata, (Extremadura).
ENVISION AESC pertenece a un importante grupo multinacional japonés que tiene varias líneas de negocio vinculadas a la tecnología verde.
ENVISION AESC es pionera y líder en fabricación de baterías de iones de litio y cuenta con plantas en Japón, China, Reino Unido y Estados Unidos, y ha establecido centros globales de I+D en Singapur, Dinamarca, Alemania y Estados Unidos. Este proyecto está llamado a transformar la sociedad tal y como la conocemos hoy en día, lo que nos permitirá avanzar hacia un modelo ecosostenible y autónomo, será una nueva revolución industrial.
Reportando tanto al Director de Región como al Director de Calidad de EAGL, la persona seleccionada para el puesto de Regional Quality Manager, será responsable de Gestionar la Calidad de la Región, Apoyando la mejora de la Calidad de EAGL.
Responsabilidades del puesto:
• Conseguir los objetivos de aseguramiento de la calidad supervisando, revisando y haciendo cumplir las políticas y procedimientos.
• Formar y motivar a los/las empleados/as para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de calidad.
• Alcanzar los objetivos operativos de garantía de calidad contribuyendo al análisis de la información.
• Cumplir los objetivos financieros estimando las necesidades, elaborando presupuestos anuales y programando los gastos.
• Desarrollar planes de garantía de calidad realizando análisis de riesgos y procedimientos de supervisión.
• Validar los procesos de calidad estableciendo especificaciones de productos y atributos de calidad.
• Auditar cada centro de Envision AESC global basándose en QMS, IATF16949 y VDA6.3 para asesorar y promover las mejoras de calidad,
• Asistir en el proceso de contratación
• Mantener y mejorar la calidad del producto completando auditorías de producto, empresa, sistema y cumplimiento.
• Preparar documentación e informes de calidad recopilando, analizando y resumiendo información y tendencias.
• Apoyar la implementación global del SGC y los procesos relacionados con la VDA informando al responsable de Calidad de EAGL (actualmente EAJP Fujihara),
• Apoyar la creación e implementación de los estándares de calidad de la empresa y el SGC (Sistema de Gestión de Calidad) basado en IATF16949 y VDA6.3,
