Nous recherchons un conseiller en gestion de flotte de véhicules pour gérer la planification, l'entretien, la mise à niveau, et les réparations de notre flotte, tout en veillant à la conformité aux politiques internes et aux réglementations en vigueur. Ce poste clé demande une expertise technique ainsi qu'une capacité de gestion et de suivi efficace pour assurer la disponibilité et la sécurité de nos véhicules.
Responsabilités principales :
Planification de l'entretien et des réparations :
Élaborer et maintenir un calendrier d'entretien préventif et de réparations en tenant compte des priorités opérationnelles.
Superviser les réparations et les maintenances, en coordonnant avec les fournisseurs de services et les équipes internes.
Surveillance et suivi de la flotte :
Effectuer un suivi régulier de l'état des véhicules pour identifier les besoins de réparation ou de mise à niveau.
Gérer les inspections de sécurité et de conformité, et organiser les vérifications périodiques.
Mise en œuvre des politiques de flotte :
Développer et appliquer des politiques et procédures pour optimiser l'utilisation des véhicules, réduire les coûts et améliorer la sécurité.
Assurer la conformité aux réglementations en matière de sécurité et d'environnement.
Gestion des budgets et des fournisseurs :
Élaborer des estimations budgétaires et gérer les coûts liés à l'entretien et aux réparations.
Négocier et entretenir les relations avec les fournisseurs de pièces et de services pour obtenir des tarifs avantageux.
Rapports et amélioration continue :
Produire des rapports réguliers sur les coûts, les incidents, et l'état de la flotte.
Rechercher des solutions pour améliorer l'efficacité, la durabilité et la sécurité de la flotte.
Qualifications et compétences requises :
Expérience de 3 ans ou plus en gestion de flotte, en maintenance de véhicules, ou dans un poste similaire.
Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de flotte et des réglementations en matière de sécurité des véhicules.
Solides compétences en planification et en gestion budgétaire.
Compétences en négociation et en gestion de fournisseurs.
Capacité d'analyse et orientation vers les solutions.
