Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, you will be responsible for managing an existing book of business by working closely with producers and insurance companies to ensure smooth account management.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the administrative functions of the business, such as processing renewals, endorsements, cancellations, billing, certificates, binders, quoting, and general inquiries.
You will also be responsible for continuously improving processes and procedures to support the growth and success of the brokerage.
Apart from these duties, you will represent Five Star Insurance at industry events and foster strong relationships with insurance carriers.
Additionally, you will provide mentorship and support to new producers and other team members, helping them grow in their roles and achieve success.
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, an active RIBO License in good standing, and proven success in attracting and retaining commercial clients.
You should possess strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations effectively.
You will be self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
