We are seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support our management team in executing and overseeing daily retail store operations. This role involves assisting in supervision and training of store associates, handling customer inquiries, and meeting sales targets.

• Daily tasks (but not limited to):* Assisting management team in managing store operations and staff.
• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
• Stocking daily products on shelves.
• Providing good customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Following-up on assigned tasks.
• Conducting managers on duty tasks: making sure daily breaks, time and attendance are taken.
• Participating in the hiring and performance management process.
• What do you need to succeed?* Approximately one year of relevant experience in the retail industry.
• At least one year in a supervisory role.
• Flexible availability required.
• Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in a dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Customer service oriented
