Qui est admissible : Personnes résidant dans un rayon de 500 kilomètres de Yellowknife, Territoires du Nord-Ouest et les fonctionnaires du Service des poursuites pénales du Canada (SPPC) dont le poste d'attache est situé à Whitehorse (Yukon) ou à Iqaluit (Nunavut).Les adjoints et adjointes juridiques apportent un soutien aux procureurs du SPPC par préparer les dossiers en vue du procès et de la détermination de la peine, en organisant et en distribuant les documents de divulgation, en obtenant des documents auprès des tribunaux et en organisant les dossiers de poursuite.
Le besoin immédiat est de doter un (1) poste pour une période indéterminée (permanente) ou de doter un (1) poste pour une période d'un (1) an.
Une liste de candidats qualifiés sera établie à partir de ce processus pour doter les futurs postes vacants. Nous encourageons donc tous les personnes dans la zone de sélection à la recherche d'une telle expérience à présenter leur candidature.
