This role is pivotal in ensuring our leaders can focus on high-level strategy and relationship-building, knowing that critical tasks and day-to-day details are in expert hands.As an Executive Assistant at TRUE, you'll be joining a collaborative, diverse team in an inspiring work environment.
We're large enough to offer the resources and opportunities of a multifaceted company, yet small enough to maintain a family-like atmosphere where each person's contribution is valued.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to executive team members, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.Act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.Prepare documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.Contribute to the smooth operation of day-to-day activities with proactive support and a team-oriented approach.Foster a positive team culture and actively contribute to a supportive, people-first environment by promoting collaboration, kindness, and open communication among team members and clients alike.What We're Looking ForExperience:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior-level positions.Professionalism and Discretion:
A strong ability to manage confidential information and approach tasks with professionalism and tact.Excellent Communication Skills:
Clear, concise communication, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.Organizational Skills:
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, maintaining organization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Initiative and Adaptability:
A proactive approach to tasks and the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and needs!SalaryThe annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
