About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be crucial in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting the stage for the adoption of our cutting-edge financial solutions. You will:

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
Identify and target potential clients within the B2B sector, fostering new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads convert into sales opportunities.
Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.
Record all activities in our CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
Understand client business objectives and challenges, offering tailored FinTech solutions to address their specific needs.
Develop a deep understanding of our FinTech products and services.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with potential clients.
Are analytical and capable of identifying and addressing client needs effectively.
Preferably have experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of achieving sales quotas.

Bonus points

Familiarity with CRM software, particularly HubSpot and Apollo.
