Relationship Manager
Scope:
Candidate is responsible for delivering the assigned sales target as well as supporting the branch overall in achieving the assigned growth target through sales to new and existing customers.
Duties:
Source and develop new clients by applying a disciplined sales process.
Enhance existing Branch Banking relationships and provide professional quality customer service.
Meet with clients, analyze their needs, provide advice, and sell relevant products or services as appropriate.
Deliver the assigned target through new and existing bank customers.
Assist in maintaining effective relationships with new and existing clients.
Draft sales reports to be submitted to the Branch Manager and receive feedback.
Approach existing and new customers in and out of the branch to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
Conduct cold calling, telephonic, and field visits to existing and new customers for business conversion.
Identify and understand the needs of the customers and provide necessary advice on financial solutions based on their needs.
Provide assistance and support to new and existing staff in cross-selling techniques-based products, within and outside the branch.
Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
Ensure completeness and compliance of all documentation for new and existing customers to protect company and client interests.
Stay on top of the business operating environment with respect to market trends, interest rates, asset, and liabilities positions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Banking, or any related discipline is mandatory.
3-5 Years of experience in a Bank in a Sales role.
Strong knowledge of the SME market in Bahrain.
Strong knowledge of all the banking products and services.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
