In this dynamic position, you will ensure every student - regardless of background or challenges - has equal opportunities to thrive.
Working closely with a diverse range of students, from high achievers to those with health conditions or disabilities, you will help create a supportive and inclusive environment where every student can fully engage in university life.Key Responsibilities:
Review registration applications and supporting documents to assess eligibility for ongoing support and reasonable adjustments.Collaborate with students to develop and implement tailored Academic Adjustment Plans that facilitate equitable participation in their educational journey, in alignment with university policies and guidelines.Connect students to internal and external support services to ensure they have access to the resources they need.Proactively reach out to students, manage appointments, and follow up on equity adjustments, helping them navigate administrative processes with ease.Contribute to a high-quality, student-centered service culture, ensuring all team members deliver exceptional support to every student.Who We're Looking For:

You bring excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and you are dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive academic environment.You'll Bring:
A tertiary qualification in health sciences, social welfare, disability, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Strong organisational skills, resilience in a high-volume team setting, and the ability to manage conflict effectively.Proficiency in using complex databases, such as CRM and student systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions or neurodiverse backgrounds.If you are passionate about promoting an accessible, supportive, and inclusive educational experience for all students, we would love to have you join our team.
