As an

iMAL Core Banking Sales Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Azentio's innovative core banking solutions and prospective clients. Working from Dubai, you will use your technical expertise and business insights to articulate the value of iMAL solutions, focusing on Islamic banking. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their challenges, delivering impactful solution demonstrations, and contributing to Azentio's success in the region.

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement :
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and craft tailored iMAL solutions to suit their business needs and deliver value.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations addressing the unique challenges of Islamic banking & ability to fit iMAL into the needs of any business need.
Solution Expertise :
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the iMAL Core Banking System, including its features, modules, and integrations.
Address client queries and technical concerns to instill confidence in Azentio's solutions.
Proposal Development :
Assist in creating proposals, including detailed solution descriptions and technical input.
Provide insights into solution architecture and implementation strategies.
Technical Advisory :
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospective clients in aligning iMAL capabilities with their business goals.
Collaborate with clients to map their objectives to iMAL's functionalities and features.
Industry Trends :
Stay informed about trends and developments in Islamic banking and core banking technologies.
Provide feedback and insights to enhance product development and market positioning.
Work closely with Azentio's product and development teams to ensure solutions align with client expectations.
Facilitate a smooth transition to implementation teams post-sale.
Qualifications and Skills
Education :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Experience :
5+ years in sales engineering, technical consulting, or related roles in the banking or fintech industry.
Experience with core banking systems, preferably Islamic Core.
Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and financial products.
Knowledge of enterprise software architecture, APIs, and system integration.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Other Requirements :
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC and MENA regions as needed, in addition to Globally.
