Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Drive performance and exceed sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and pitching to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, brands, and media buyers.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring their advertising objectives are met.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Proven track record of success in advertising and media sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of advertising media channels, including digital, print, television, radio, and out-of-home.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
