6 yr old female cocker spaniel presenting for sudden onset of lethargy, exercise intolerance
PE -pale mucous membranes, moderate tachycardia and tachypnea
Blood Work: CBC : low PCV with high reticulocytes (regenerative anemia),
spherocytes and agglutination were noted . You are HIGHLY suspicious of IMHA. What type of hypersensitivity would this be?
