Generelt om fødevarer

Ud i madlavningskunst er det vigtigt at benytte de rigtige friske råvarer. Et måltid skal helst sammensættes, så man respekterer madpyramiden . I dette link forklares madpyramiden

Grøntsager

Anvend så vidt muligt friske grøntsager. Køb altid den bedste kvalitet d.v.s. de skal se friske ud. Grøntsager er bedst, billigst og mest velsmagende i deres højsæson. Dybfrosne grøntsager er at foretrække fremfor konserves, da de har bedre smag, udseende samt lidt højere næringsværdi. Dybfrosne grøntsagers kogetid er lidt kortere end friske grøntsagers.

Frugt

Frugt skal være frisk. Næringsindholdet er langt det største ved frisk frugt. Har man en have og ønsker at gemme sine frugt kan det gøres ved syltning til marmelade, syltetøj eller grød. Man kan også sylte det som hel frugt.

Kød

Kød er den dyreste udgift på husholdningsbudgettet, så det er vigtigt at vide, hvad man skal købe og hvordan det skal behandles. Det er vigtigt, at lære at bedømme kød, lære at behandle det rigtigt i køkkenet og lære at smage det rigtigt til. Ernæringsmæssigt er det ikke sundt at spise kød med høj fedtprocent, men fedt giver kødet mørhed og smag, derfor bør det ikke fjernes før kødet tilberedes.

Mælkeprodukter

Mælk, fløde og ost er mælkeprodukter. Generelt skal man her passe på med holdbarheden. Husk at sætte mælkeprodukter på køl straks du kommer hjem efter indkøb og efter brug. Mælk og fløde kan hurtig blive sure og ubrugelige.

can someone explain to me, an ignorant high school student, why the trend of the graph doesn't follow the fact that the higher frequency a sound wave is, the more power it is, hence, making me think the phons output would follow this general trend?

Nevermind i just realied that the graph is the phons output for a person with normal hearing and not just the phons output of the sound waves power, I should read the entire thing next time

Follow up question, does anyone know where I can find a graph that accuretly depicts the actual relative "power" output of sound over its frequency instead of just humans hearing
