We also need a Weekend Shift Customer Service Representative with the following qualifications:

Proficiency with computers and technology
Proper phone etiquette
Comfortability working in an office environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience using ServiceTitan (plus)

As a Weekend Shift Customer Service Representative for our plumbing company, you ensure that our clients receive top-notch service. You answer phones, handle administrative tasks, and make sure our customers feel valued. Your warm and friendly attitude leaves a lasting impression over the phone. You enjoy interacting with our clients and team while staying busy with a variety of tasks. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and keep everyone well-informed.

This client relations role works with our team part-time and weekends only.
