Our expectations for someone in this role:
In this role, you will assume overall responsibility for the efficient and effective functioning of our Moses Lake Warehouse. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all material handling activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, quality, and safety. You will play a critical role in ensuring the timely completion of receiving duties, order fulfillment, transportation, and other material handling operations. The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate strong leadership skills and take full ownership of the warehouse operation, striving for excellence in all aspects.

Take full ownership of the Moses Lake Warehouse operation, including overseeing material handling activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, quality, and safety.
Oversee and coordinate receiving duties, order fulfillment, transportation, and other material handling operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a strong commitment to safety.
Ensure materials/finished goods are safely transported and secured.
Implement and enforce best practices in warehouse management, including efficient space utilization, proper stock rotation, and effective utilization of material handling equipment.
Review, analyze, and create reports as needed.
Maintain strict compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Maintain good housekeeping practices within the facilities.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Must-have skills and competencies to be considered:

Solid understanding of warehouse management principles, including receiving, order fulfillment, transportation, and inventory control.
Ability to assist in physically loading and unloading trucks.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as needed.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Bonus points for having the following skills:

Bilingual English/Spanish
Food or poultry farm industry experience
