1 year of related experience AHA BLS ARRT(CT) High School Diploma/G.E.D.Required High School Diploma or GED Associate Degree Preferred Associate's Degree strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred COVID-19 Initial Shot(s) All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or o 1 dose bivalent vaccine Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.
