Position Summary:

Keeps office building and/or work area in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

What You'll Do:

Other duties may be assigned.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
Empties trash and garbage containers.
Maintains building, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
Stocks snack and soda machines.
Performs limited grounds maintenance.
Replaces air conditioner filters.
Assists in sanitation control and checks safety hazards.
Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

No prior experience or training.
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. In addition to the base wage listed, team members are also eligible to earn an additional incentive subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the incentive varies based on the terms and conditions of the locations' active incentive plan for the respective year.
