Must-Have:
- Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (neo-puff) - Ventilation Management (Newborn, Pediatric - Acute and Chronic) - Intubation (ETT/NT) for Newborns and Pediatrics - Conscious and Deep Sedation - Central Line and Arterial Lines Placement - X-ray and EKG Interpretation - PA Catheter, UVC, UAC - Lumbar puncture, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis - Chest Tube Insertion, Needle Pneumothorax Decompression - Suturing Minor Lacerations - Circumcision - Swallow Studies - Echocardiography - TEE (Transesophageal Echo) - Nuclear Cardiology - Invasive cardiology diagnostic (Preferred)
- Provide coverage for a Pediatric Cardiology Clinic, maintaining previous patient volumes.
• Work with a flexible schedule or consider a job share with another provider.
• Handle 8-10 patient encounters per shift.
• Participate in a 1:
4 call schedule with a 25% call-back rate.
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient care on the same days.
• Perform comprehensive cardiac care including non-invasive procedures and diagnostic cardiology.
• Collaborate with a support team comprising MDs, locums, sonographers, MAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Utilize Epic for EMR and Documentation.
• Meet the facility's requirement for board-certified physicians and adhere to an estimated credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days for clean history.
• Open to two to three providers to fulfill 2.0 FTE for coverage needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and development within the Cardiology specialty.
