Why This Role Matters:
As the Clinic Administrator, you will lead our mission of delivering life-changing Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). You'll be at the heart of the clinic's operations, working closely with the Medical Director to provide high-quality care while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment. Your leadership will ensure every member who walks through our doors receives the dignity, respect, and treatment they deserve.

What You'll Do:

Lead with Purpose: Oversee the day-to-day operations, driving policies and processes that enhance member care.

Empower Your Team: Foster a positive, team-based environment where every staff member feels supported and inspired to do their best work.

Champion Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations-be the steady hand guiding us through quality control and performance improvement.

Build Community Partnerships: Engage with local partners and grow our outreach, identifying opportunities to increase and retain our member census.

Uphold Excellence in Member Care: Maintain a compassionate, member-centric approach to healthcare in alignment with our Harm Reduction Model.

You're a visionary leader with a passion for making a real impact in your community.

You believe that every member deserves compassionate, respectful care-no matter where they are on their recovery journey.

You have a proven ability to build high-performing teams, inspire staff, and drive continuous process improvement.

You have experience in healthcare management, an understanding of MAT and addiction treatment, and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Implementing and improving clinic policies and procedures for optimal operations.

Monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring audit readiness.

Supporting team members with guidance and conducting performance evaluations.

Managing compliance with HIPAA, FDA, DEA, and all relevant healthcare regulations.

Leading emergency management planning and continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

3-5 years of experience in healthcare management or clinical administration.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

A deep commitment to the Harm Reduction Model and MAT principles.
