HCRS is seeking an upbeat, dynamic, highly organized, detail oriented, eloquent and persuasive individual for grants management at an exceptionally busy, growing community mental health center.
This role is responsible for managing HCRS' overall grants management system including:
working with program staff, finance, IT and administration to identify reporting requirements in prospective and existing grants and create workflows to ensure accurate data collection, collaborate with the Director of Quality and Compliance, and Data and Reporting Coordinator to ensure timely submission of all reports.
Daily operations includes working with program staff to ensure timely completion of any narrative reports, coordinating with finance and billing to ensure timely submission of draw down requests and accurate accounting.
This position will also be responsible for identifying and supporting the application for various grants that meet the organization's needs, overseeing the process from beginning to end.
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience required.
