To be successful in this job, you will excel in strategy development, operational alignment and engaging with funders, have experience with strategic growth, and building effective operations to support growth. You will be inspiring internal and external stakeholders to work with Cultural Vistas.
This is a hybrid position based in Washington, D.C.
What You'll Do:
Your job will be to develop a comprehensive revenue growth strategy, streamline our revenue operations approach and promote Cultural Vistas to current and new partners to help scale our impact.
At any given time, you will be responsible for coaching business development team members, representing Cultural Vistas externally, refining our value proposition, and utilizing data to make decisions.
You will report to the President & CEO.
