This Product Leader will build a team that actively engages with our market, identifying key challenges and creating solutions.

Proven leadership as a VP of Product or in a similar role within B2B SaaSExperience in developing and championing product strategySkilled in recruiting and mentoring product managers and designersExpertise in tracking key metrics and driving effective researchDirect engagement with customers to inform product decisionsA data-driven approach to prioritize features and measure successCharacteristics We Are Looking ForProduct Expert - Exceptional understanding of product management craft and techniques, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles.Great Communicator - Can ask a thoughtful question, make a killer slide, and deliver an impactful roadmap that communicates the right information to the audience.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
In office 2-3 days a week in Walnut Creek CA.Compensation$250,000 - $350,000 a year, depending on experience.
